Club Meets
Opening twice a week has been a huge success for the club, so we intend to carry on in the same manner.
We are open every Wednesday and Friday evening from 7pm, plus the occasional sunday afternoon from 1pm. any Sunday afternoon meets will be advertised on our facebook and twitter accounts.
Yorkshire Day SES
Yorkshire Day August 1st
GB0YDS “Yorkshire Day Special”
We are pleased to announce that on Sunday August 1st we will be running a special event station in celebration of the best day of the year, Yorkshire Day!
The SES will be run from the club shack at East Ardsley, starting on Saturday evening until late and then restarting again on Sunday for as much of the day as possible.
Donations
We would like to say a big thank you to Nigel M0NJW, Nigel recently contacted us and offered to donate a Hexbeam and a radio works 160m Carolina windom.
Both will require a little work to become usable but we are very grateful of his kind offer. Being a new club, it would have been quite sometime before we would be in a position to purchase such antennas.

First Official Meet
Still opening june 25th!
Opening in June
A nice positive update today. Providing the Government don’t change the schedule of lifting the restrictions on June 21st, we will be opening our doors on Friday June 25th.
Friday evenings are also when the Cricket Club have training sessions at the grounds but there is plenty of parking space around the pitch and good to watch as well. Tea and Coffee making facilities are available and the Cricket Club Bar will be open for those that might fancy a cheeky pint.
If the planned restrictions do change in the meantime, we will still be open but there will be a limit to the number of people permitted inside the shack at one time, so time in the shack will be limited so all members get access to the shack. We hope you will come and see us with prospect of joining and we look forward to you attending.
